Bayer Leverkusen coach Robin Dutt insists teamwork is the key to getting his side back on track after Wednesday night's 2-0 win over Genk.
Dutt had come in for criticism from his club's fans after last weekend's 3-0 defeat at Bayern Munich followed a 4-1 loss at home to Cologne in the Bundesliga.
However, he said that only the fans are murmuring and that nobody within the club has any complaints.
Rather, he is convinced that everybody is pulling in the same direction.
"What impresses me most about the team is that they don't just reject things that they may see differently but rather communicate it," he explained to Sky television.
